CDG Zig x Trust Bank – Ride Discount Campaign

My Role & Responsibilities

  • Visual Design: Developed custom car assets and urban-inspired backgrounds to visually represent real-life commuting experiences in Singapore.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensured the KV remained simple, clear, and visually striking, creating a seamless blend of CDG Zig’s and Trust Bank’s color schemes to enhance brand consistency.
  • Platform Adaptation: Adapted the KV across multiple platforms, including:
    • CDG Zig website banner and homepage tile
    CDG Zig in-app visuals
    CDG Zig webpage and mobile app placements
    Supporting social media and campaign visuals

Design Approach

  • Illustrative Style: Transitioned from previous photographic approaches to an illustrative design, aligning with Trust Bank’s digital-friendly branding.
  • Monthly Refresh: Maintained engagement by refreshing the KV approach each month, keeping the campaign visually appealing and up-to-date.
  • User-Centric Design: Focused on creating layouts that are intuitive and engaging, facilitating easy navigation and information absorption.

Impact

This collaborative campaign between CDG Zig and Trust Bank aimed to encourage Trust Bank users to enjoy exclusive ride discounts when paying with their Trust Card on the CDG Zig App. The initiative also sought to attract new users by promoting seamless, affordable urban mobility while maintaining a cohesive illustrative Key Visual (KV) aligned with Trust Bank’s digital-friendly branding.
