This project involved creating a retail lightbox visual for one of Bee Cheng Hiang’s Singapore outlets, as part of ongoing store environment upgrades.The lightbox needed to convey a premium, modern brand presence while fitting seamlessly within the architectural space of the outlet.





My Role
Designed the lightbox visual layout, ensuring the imagery and messaging were clear, engaging, and aligned with the outlet’s retail environment.Worked within the space constraints to ensure visual legibility under backlit conditions, considering viewing angles and in-store lighting.
Design Approach
- Brand-Consistent Storytelling: Carried forward Bee Cheng Hiang’s updated visual direction, presenting products and brand values with clarity and warmth.
- Optimised for Backlit Display: Adjusted image contrast, composition, and color balance specifically for lightbox printing, ensuring high visibility and appeal.
- On-Site Fit & Framing: Designed with consideration for physical placement within the outlet, creating a cohesive visual experience for in-store visitors.
Outcome
- Delivered a high-impact lightbox graphic that enhanced the outlet’s storefront and supported Bee Cheng Hiang’s modern retail image.
- Strengthened the brand’s in-store storytelling through refined visual communication at the point of sale.
