Top 20 Global Winner – Only Singapore Entry Selected In 2010, I participated in the Uniqlo UT Grand Prix x Cannes Lions international T-shirt design competition, which called for designs themed around communication. Out of 3,598 entries across 61 countries, my design was chosen as one of the Top 20 globally — and was the only design selected from Singapore.
My concept visualized the theme of communication in a playful, universal language — something that could be understood across cultures and age groups. Clean, bold graphics with a conceptual twist made the design stand out among thousands of entries.
